Belmont Village is a quality development of homes for first-time buyers. Delivered as part of the government KiwiBuild scheme Belmont Village was developed by Ngāi Tai Whenua partnering with Latham Construction.
To design a contemporary brand identity and marketing materials that reflected the younger target audience of first home buyers.
Scope of work
The Belmont Village logo is made up of simple geometric shapes to form a recognisable roof, symbolic of housing.
The overall design is contemporary.
The colour palette is vibrant and youthful. The supporting font family is Raleway chosen for its simple form.
Images aimed at the target market of young first home buyers were sourced from image libraries.
The digital platform we designed acted as the main form of marketing. Detailed information regarding packages and availability was regularly updated through the marketing campaign.
A quality brochure containing site and house plans was designed and provided to prospective buyers.
The successful campaign resulted in a sell out of all home and land packages.
